Guidelines for Scientific Presentation
All presentations will be in E-poster mode only.
1. Eligibility
- All original research, systematic or narrative reviews, case series, and case reports related to endodontic surgery are eligible for presentation.
- The submitted work must be original and should not have been published or presented previously.
- The presenting author must be registered for EndodMS 2027.
- A student or delegate may present only one poster but may be a co-author on multiple submissions.
2. Abstract Submission Guidelines
General requirements
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- The abstract must be submitted via the individual login portal on the website no later than December 20, 2026.
- Maximum word count: 300 words.
- Incomplete or unstructured abstracts will not be considered.

3. E-Poster Specifications
File format
- Poster must be prepared as a single PowerPoint slide (.pptx).
- Compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later.
- The final file should be submitted in PPTX format only.
- Maximum file size: 25 MB.
Slide dimensions
- Landscape orientation is recommended.
- Widescreen format (16:9 aspect ratio).
Typography
- Use professional fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Aptos, or Times New Roman.
- Font size should be legible for easy viewing (minimum 24 pt for text).
Images and graphics
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
- Incorporate self-explanatory figures, diagrams, radiographs, and clinical photographs.
- Ensure all images are clearly labeled and appropriately referenced.
Design
- Avoid excessive text.
- Use concise bullet points wherever possible.
- Maintain a clean and professional layout.
4. Submission
- The final e-poster must be submitted by February 10, 2027.
- File name format: Category_LastName_FirstName.pptx
- Keep a backup copy on a USB drive during the conference.
5. Presentation Details
- Presentation time: 3 minutes.
- Discussion or Q&A: 2 minutes.
6. Certificates
Certificates shall be awarded exclusively to the presenting author. A best poster certificate will be conferred in both the Delegate and Student categories.
