Abstract

Guidelines for abstract submission and e-poster presentation.

Guidelines for Scientific Presentation

All presentations will be in E-poster mode only.

1. Eligibility

  • All original research, systematic or narrative reviews, case series, and case reports related to endodontic surgery are eligible for presentation.
  • The submitted work must be original and should not have been published or presented previously.
  • The presenting author must be registered for EndodMS 2027.
  • A student or delegate may present only one poster but may be a co-author on multiple submissions.

2. Abstract Submission Guidelines

General requirements

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • The abstract must be submitted via the individual login portal on the website no later than December 20, 2026.
  • Maximum word count: 300 words.
  • Incomplete or unstructured abstracts will not be considered.

3. E-Poster Specifications

File format

  • Poster must be prepared as a single PowerPoint slide (.pptx).
  • Compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later.
  • The final file should be submitted in PPTX format only.
  • Maximum file size: 25 MB.

Slide dimensions

  • Landscape orientation is recommended.
  • Widescreen format (16:9 aspect ratio).

Typography

  • Use professional fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Aptos, or Times New Roman.
  • Font size should be legible for easy viewing (minimum 24 pt for text).

Images and graphics

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Incorporate self-explanatory figures, diagrams, radiographs, and clinical photographs.
  • Ensure all images are clearly labeled and appropriately referenced.

Design

  • Avoid excessive text.
  • Use concise bullet points wherever possible.
  • Maintain a clean and professional layout.

4. Submission

  • The final e-poster must be submitted by February 10, 2027.
  • File name format: Category_LastName_FirstName.pptx
  • Keep a backup copy on a USB drive during the conference.

5. Presentation Details

  • Presentation time: 3 minutes.
  • Discussion or Q&A: 2 minutes.

6. Certificates

Certificates shall be awarded exclusively to the presenting author. A best poster certificate will be conferred in both the Delegate and Student categories.

We aim to be fair and transparent about registration fees for the Endodontic Microsurgery Conference (EndodMS). Dates below follow the published registration timeline where applicable. For the latest fee table, see the Registration page.

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to endodms2027@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received before 15th December 2026: Full refund.
  • Cancellations received from 16th December 2026 until 31st January 2027: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received on or after 1st February 2027: No refund.

Please Note

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation request.
  • Transaction and bank processing charges, if any, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events, or early departure from the conference.
  • All refund decisions made by the organizing committee shall be final and binding.

  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
